These were very good and kept the house smelling like cooked onions. I got this from a vegan-Greek website that has lots of other recipes of the same kind. The website gives a recipe for a filo dough recipe, but I just bought some small premade tarts and they were fine. There is a lot of prep for this dich but it is easy to throw in and cook the filling.

Another Thai dish that I had picked out for the non-meat eaters of the class (I salute you). Pretty straight forward.
Procedure
This was a tricky recipe for me. It may have been a good idea to try to make the satay without the peanut sauce and then add in the peanut sauce at a later time. Or you could just go to Bangkok Cafe :)
